Kureha Yokoo:

Kureha Yokoo was inspired to pursue a career in animation at Pixar after seeing the studio's acclaimed Toy Story in 1995. Having no experience in animation, she enrolled in classes at the San Francisco Academy of Art College to chase her newfound goal. Arriving at Pixar in 1998 as a crowd animator on A Bug's Life, Kureha has since held significant animation roles in each of the studio's feature-length films released thereafter, including Toy Story 2, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, and Ratatouille. She is currently working on Pixar's next film, WALL-E. Kureha was born in Tokyo, Japan, and was raised in San Francisco. She attended Brown University and graduated with a double major in urban studies and fine art. Kureha currently resides in Sonoma, California, gardening and flying airplanes in her spare time.
